1. Who we are

Hopsim is operated by Deuveren Data Solutions, The Netherlands. Contact: support@gethopsim.com.

2. The service

We sell prepaid, data-only eSIM profiles for use abroad. Connectivity is provided by local partner networks. Coverage, speed and availability depend on the local network and your device.

3. Your responsibilities

You must check that your device supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked before purchase.

Use of the eSIM must comply with local law and fair-use policies of the network operators.

4. Delivery & right of withdrawal

The eSIM is delivered digitally and immediately after payment. By ticking the box at checkout you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that your 14-day right of withdrawal lapses once the eSIM has been delivered (Art. 16(m) Directive 2011/83/EU). We nevertheless offer refunds on unused eSIMs as described in our refund policy.

5. Validity

The validity period of a plan starts when the eSIM first connects to a supported network at the destination, unless stated otherwise. Unused data expires at the end of the validity period.

6. Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages or for network outages outside our control. Our total liability is limited to the price paid for the plan concerned.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Consumers keep the protection of mandatory law in their country of residence.
