Privacy policy
What we collect
Your email address, the plan you bought and payment status (processed by Stripe), and the technical identifiers of your eSIM (ICCID). We never see or store your full card details.
Why
To deliver your eSIM, provide support, prevent fraud and meet tax/accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
Stripe (payments), our eSIM network provider (to issue the eSIM), and our email provider (to send your QR code). All are bound by data-processing agreements.
How long
Order data is kept for 7 years for tax purposes; support emails for up to 2 years.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at support@gethopsim.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
